The hotel has a great beach access and the bar service was very attentive, making it enjoyable to relax. However, we experienced issues with the air conditioning that led to health problems, and the dining options were inconsistent in quality, which was disappointing. Overall, while the setting is lovely, the above issues left a lot to be desired during our stay.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Key West, and the rooms, especially in the Spa Suite Building, were quite spacious. However, the level of service was disappointing, with staff not being very attentive, and our room had issues with air conditioning noise. Overall, while there were some great aspects, the experience could have been much better.

The room was dark and dated, and I had several issues with the air conditioning and internet connection. On the bright side, the staff was warm and accommodating, and the location is perfect for exploring Key West. However, I just expected more for the price I paid.

I had an amazing experience at Pier House, enjoying the beautiful private beach and the fantastic location right next to Duval Street. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially at the beach bar, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the hot tub and pool weren't open in the evenings, which was disappointing since that’s when it’s most enjoyable. The value for money is questionable due to this limitation, but overall, it was a great stay.
