The hotel has a great beach access and the bar service was very attentive, making it enjoyable to relax. However, we experienced issues with the air conditioning that led to health problems, and the dining options were inconsistent in quality, which was disappointing. Overall, while the setting is lovely, the above issues left a lot to be desired during our stay.

I had an amazing experience at Pier House, enjoying the beautiful private beach and the fantastic location right next to Duval Street. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially at the beach bar, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the hot tub and pool weren't open in the evenings, which was disappointing since that's when it's most enjoyable. The value for money is questionable due to this limitation, but overall, it was a great stay.
